Pitmaster of Prairie Smoke & Spice BBQ

Rob Reinhardt has been cooking low ‘n slow barbeque since 2002, after a visit to a real “pit” BBQ restaurant in the U.S. That meal was good enough to light a fire inside that gets bigger every year. Rob is the Pitmaster of Prairie Smoke & Spice BBQ, a competition BBQ team that competes across North America against the best teams out there. Prairie Smoke & Spice BBQ has won over 50 awards and six Grand Championships including the 2010 Canadian National BBQ Championships in Whistler, BC. They have competed at the Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational Barbecue in Lynchburg, TN and at the American Royal in Kansas City. Rob also teaches BBQ and grilling classes, sells his award-winning BBQ rubs, and runs a Southern-style BBQ catering business in Southern Saskatchewan.
