• Space booked and cancelled within 10 days of the contract date, will result in NO PENALTY
  
  
• Space cancelled after 10 days of the contract date & up to December 9, 2011:

Regular Exhibitors - $350.00 + GST per booth will be FORFEITED
Arts & Craft Exhibitors - $250.00 + GST per booth will be FORFEITED

• Space cancelled after December 9, 2011 will result in NO REFUND of funds already paid to the RRHBA.
