Corners: An extra 20% of the booth rental rate will be added if the booth is situated on a corner.

Booths #332, #349, #427 are larger and irregular shaped and approximately 200sq. ft. in size.
Booths #379 & #379 are approximately 500sq. ft. in size.

To qualify for and protect the "Early Bird" payment price, the total amount due for the space rented MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY NOON, DECEMBER 10, 2010.  After that date, a new invoice will be generated to reflect the increased rental rate of $300.00 per booth.  To protect your space, all booth balances must be paid by noon on January 31, 2011 or your space will be cancelled.

To qualify for the RRHBA member price, an exhibitor must be a member in good standing for the Association’s fiscal period in which the show occurs. Membership renewals and new member applicants must be in place 30 days prior to the show opening.
