1. What are the show dates & hours?

Thursday, March 24, 2011        3:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Sunday, March 27, 2011          11:00 am – 5:00 pm

2. Where is the show site & how do we get there?

Location: Canada Centre Building – EVRAZ Place

Directions via Highway #11:Take Pasqua Street Exit, Continue south on Pasqua Street until 11th Avenue (Note: Pasqua Street changes to Lewvan Drive), Turn left (east) on 11th Avenue into EVRAZ Place entrance, Turn left (north) to Canada Centre Building.

Directions via Highway #1 (East): (When you enter the city you will be on Victoria Avenue)
Continue west on Victoria Avenue, Turn right (north) on Elphinstone Street, Turn left (west) on Saskatchewan Drive, Turn right (north) on Lewvan Drive, Turn right (east) on 11th Avenue into EVRAZ Place entrance, Turn left (north) to Canada Centre Building.

Directions via Highway #1 (West):
Take Lewvan Drive exit, Continue north on Lewvan Drive; Turn right (east) on 11th Avenue into EVRAZ Place entrance, Turn left (north) to Canada Centre Building.

3. What are the move-in procedures?

• To minimize congestion, each exhibitor is assigned a move in time. This time is indicated on a pink label on the top right section of your Exhibitor Contract.
• If you are unable to move in at this time, you should contract our office to arrange for an alternate time.
• All exhibits must be set up by Noon, Thursday, March 24th.
• 
Exhibitors should report to the on site show office before moving in. Exhibitor kit can be picked up at that time.
• 
All vehicles must be removed from the show buildings by NOON on Wednesday, March 23rd.
• Buildings will remain open on move-in days until 10 pm

4. Will there be a forklift/scissor lift available to help unload our display or to hang signage?

Yes, we provide these services during the following hours only:

Monday, March 21st 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

Tuesday, March 22nd: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Wednesday, March 23rd: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Sunday, March 27th: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Move-Out)

Monday, March 28th: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Move-Out)

Exhibitor is to provide all additional material needed to hang signage and must be present at time of installation

Service is “first come – first serve”. Exhibitor is to register their request at the show office and must be present during completion of service.

We also have a number of staff members that will help you unload your display.

RRHBA will not be held responsible should any damage occur due to the use of any of these services.

6.Where do we pick up our wristbands and advance tickets?

Your complimentary wristbands and any additional pre-ordered wristbands will be in your exhibitor kit which can be picked up at our on site show office located in the Canada Centre Building (Between Aisle K & L) prior to set up of your booth.

Additional wristbands can also be purchased at our show office at the cost of $7.00 per wristband. Cost includes complimentary parking. 

Advance tickets can be purchased at a cost of $11.00 each and will be included in your exhibitor kits unless alternate arrangements are made.

Visa, MasterCard & Interac will be available to help complete your purchase requirements. All purchases are non-refundable.

7. Is carpet included in our booth rental?

No, exhibitor is required to have appropriate flooring (carpet, lino, etc) covering their complete booth floor area.

Flooring must not exceed the booth area.

Flooring can also be rented by our official show provider GES Canada. (See equipment section below)

8. Is sharing of our booth allowed?

No, assignment, subletting, trading, selling or sharing of a booth is not allowed. Booth can only be used by the company shown on the contract.

9. Who do we contact if we need some additional services or equipment?

Electrical: 1 – 800 watt outlet is provided with every 2 booths. Additional electrical requirements have to be ordered directly with EVRAZ Place - Brenda McIntosh (306) 781-9237

10. When can we move-out?

Exhibit must be staffed and completely operational until the official closing hour of 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 27, 2011. Examples of prohibited activity:

Dismantling/packing of exhibit display
Dismantling/packing of product or samples
Leaving the booth not staffed prior to official closing

Large overhead doors will not be unlocked and opened until the aisle carpets have been picked up. No vehicles will be able to enter the building until carpet pick up is completed. This may take up to one hour to complete.

Building will remain open until 10 pm on Sunday, March 27th for exhibitors to move out.

Building will reopen on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 8:00 am and all exhibits are to be removed by 4:00pm.
