ALL exhibitors must produce their exhibitor wristbands to gain access to the buildings NO EXCEPTIONS.

 RRHBA is not responsible for any thefts or damage; the exhibitor is responsible for their own insurance.

The buildings will be open to exhibitors 2 HOURS ONLY prior to the show opening to the public. Special arrangements are to be made with RRHBA management. (Use front door of the Canada Centre Building - security will be on duty.)

All booths must be staffed during all show hours.

The exhibitor wristbands MUST BE WORN throughout the show. We also recommend that you wear a name tag. Additional wristbands can be purchased at the show office for $7.00 (includes GST).

After Hour Access: Present your exhibitor wristband and identification to security. You are to go directly to your booth. Please do not enter anyone else's display. Any exhibitor not following the rules will be escorted out by security.
