RRHBA provides these services during the following hours only:

• Monday, March 21 - 11:00am - 4:00pm
• Tuesday, March 22 - 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Wednesday, March 23 - 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Sunday, March 27 - 7:00pm - 10:00pm
• Monday, March 28 - 8:00am - 4:00pm

Exhibitor is to provide all additional material needed to hang signage and must be present at time of installation.

Service is "first come-first service". Exhibitor is to register their request at the show office and must be present during completion of service.

We also have a number of staff members that will help you unload your display.

RRHBA will not be held responsible should any damage occur due to the use of any of these services.
